Rules and Regulations
- Library Hours: Monday -10.00 AM - 5.00 PM, Saturday -10.00 AM–2.00 PM.
- Reading room facility is available from 10.00 AM - 5.00 PM (Mon to Friday) &10.00A.M -2.00 P.M(Saturday)
- The library remains closed on Sundays and holidays as per the college holiday list.
- All teaching and non-teaching staff members, as well as students, are members of the library.
- Students are allowed in the library only upon presenting their authorized library cards issued by the library.
- Books are issued to students 02 books or 15 days. Students can renew the book once for an additional 15 days if there is no demand for it.
- An overdue fine of Rs. 1 per day will be charged for each book not returned by the due date.
- Borrowers may be requested to return a document before the due date if it is urgently needed in the library. Failure to comply may result in suspension of library privileges.
- Certain documents, such as reference books, rare books, periodicals, and journals, are for use only within the library. Requests to issue these materials will not be entertained.
- Borrowers are responsible for the documents they borrow. Lost, torn, or damaged documents (e.g., tearing of pages, underlining, making notes, damaging binding) will attract strict action and suspension of membership. Borrowers must also replace damaged documents.
- Strict silence must be maintained in the library. Food items and mobile phones are strictly prohibited on library premises.
- Users must obey the library rules. Violation of rules or any act of misbehavior towards library staff will lead to strong disciplinary action.
